Belua
Belua is a revolving collective of musicians that draws elements from American folk, blues and psychedelia, and weaves hazy guitar-driven tales that stretch and expand, with soothing vocals interlacing each budding segment with the next. Their distinct songwriting draws influences from acts such as the Fleet Foxes, All Them Wıtches, and Syd Arthur. Belua released their debut album ‘As good a time as any’ in early 2016 on Louvana Records, recorded and produced by the band’s lead singer/rhythm guitarist, Mikaela Tsangari, while their sophomore album is currently in the recording process. The rest of the line up includes Loizos Pafitis on lead guitar, Mario Michael on bass, Nicolas Melis on keyboards and Lefteris Lefkatis on drums.
