J. Kriste, Master of Disguise
J. Kriste, Master of Disguise is a project by the Cypriot artist Lefteris Moumtzis. May 2009 saw the release of their album 'Girls, Ghosts and Gods' (Puzzlemusik) which was released in Cyprus and then in Greece, where it was rightfully favoured as one of the best albums of the year. The songs carry a strong London 'scent', which is the place where they were written, without, however, lacking musical references of the Greek tradition. The composer flirts with acoustic psychedelic folk, 60s and 70s rock, blues and ambient music, always interpreting these classic genres with a more contemporary, progressive approach. J.Kriste, Master of Disguise has also released the album "This Is The Alternative" with the Swiss record label Moon Records in 2005. The album "The Age of Now" was released on the 21st of December 2012.
